This great little houseboat, Emarabee was built in 2000, is 17m in length by 5m in width and is fully EPA compliant.
The upstairs section is one large bedroom with a glass sliding door out to the deck - the perfect spot to just sit back and reflect on how glorious life is!
A second bedroom on the lower deck features a built-in sliding robe. Across the passage is a built in storage cupboard which did previously house a bunk bed and therefore could be converted back.
The boat is powered by a 2 litre Peugeot diesel motor with a 14 inch propeller and included is a 2kva generator.
