Warren Andrews started a lifelong journey in Real Estate in June 1984 in his family’s Real Estate Business.
As with all evolving careers, the journey took him through the many faces of property including Residential Rentals, a successful sales career in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Business Sales, Commercial Leasing and Management.
In 2002, Warren’s passion for regional property led him to open an office in Roxby Downs. With a belief that “if you’re not growing then you’re shrinking”, additional offices were opened in Coober Pedy (SA), Darwin (NT), the Riverland (SA) and Tennant Creek (NT).

Where there is economic (industry/commerce) activity there is employment growth
Where there is employment growth there is population growth
Where there is population growth there is increased pressure on housing (accommodation)
Where there is pressure on housing there is significant opportunity for investors and property owners
As townships continue to expand, rents will rise as a consequence; as do house prices. I really enjoy mentoring people into regional property at the ‘right’ time.
